ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA INSPIRATIONAL VISUAL CONTENT SHARING PROCESS

 

We kindly request you to review in detail the purposes for which your personal data are processed and your rights within this scope by reading the Privacy Notice on the Social Media Inspirational Visual Content Sharing Process.

 

a) Data Controller

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), your personal data shall be processed by Penge Mağazacılık Perakende Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

Your personal data collected through social media platforms by automated means are processed based on the legal ground of “explicit consent”* set forth under Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Marketing: Social Media Username, Name of the Social Media Platform on Which the Visual Content Is Shared, Date

Conducting Advertising, Campaign and Promotion Processes

Visual and Audio Records: Photograph

 

*Information on Explicit Consent: If you respond by writing “#yesFTC” as a reply comment on the social media platform through which we have contacted you by leaving a comment, it shall be deemed that you have provided your explicit consent to the use by our Company and the public sharing of the visual content that you have shared by tagging us.

 

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time either through the comment field by tagging us or via the communication channels specified under section (d). In such case, all of your personal data processed within the scope of this process, together with your visual content, shall be destroyed as soon as possible and at the latest within the first destruction period, except for cases where we have a separate legal obligation or where the processing of your personal data is mandatory for the exercise, establishment or protection of a right.

d) Information Regarding Your Rights under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data as a Data Subject
