CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

How to Return Your Order?

  • Log in via “My Orders” or “Order Tracking” and click on the Easy Return button.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return; get your return shipping code.
  • Pack the item(s) together with the invoice in a single parcel.
  • Drop off your parcel at the shipping company using your return code — it’s completely free!


Return Conditions

All products that comply with the return conditions can be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date.
You may hand over your parcel — along with the invoice and the return code — to our contracted courier by specifying that the recipient is Penge Mağazacılık Perakende Tic. A.Ş. (“Seller”).
If the product is damaged, incomplete, or does not match the description on the product page, you can return it free of charge using the Easy Return button on your order page to get your Free Return Code within 14 business days of delivery.
Products that have been used beyond ordinary usage or damaged will not be accepted.
For orders invoiced to a company, a return invoice must be issued by the company.
Packages with visible damage must be refused upon delivery and returned after having a damage report issued with the courier.


Warranty Conditions


All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In case of malfunction, please contact the product's brand directly.
Keep your invoice and warranty card (which may be found either inside or on the box). If the warranty card is lost, the brand will not issue a replacement.
If the invoice is lost, you may request a copy by contacting our customer service via phone or email.
If the product is defective upon first use, contact the product’s brand to locate the nearest authorized service center and obtain a “Return Report” from the brand's service. Send the product back to us using our contracted courier along with this report. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Returns must be made through the contracted courier company.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (“Law”), buyers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any reason and without incurring return shipping costs.

This right applies to all institutions.


How to Use the Right of Withdrawal?


The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification or incurring any penalty.
This right may also be exercised before delivery of the product.
For service contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded; for product purchases, it begins on the date the consumer (or a third party designated by them) receives the product.
In cases involving multiple deliveries or components:
a) For items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day the last item is received.
b) For products delivered in parts, it starts from the day the final part is received.
c) For products delivered periodically, it starts from the day the first delivery is made.

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal in the following ways:
(i) If they have a registered account, they can go to “My Orders” and use the “Easy Return” function to select the product and reason for return, sign the e-invoice, and send the item(s) to the return address using the Free Return Code.
(ii) If they are not registered, they can click “Order Tracking” at the top right of the homepage, enter their email and order number, and proceed with the same return process.
(iii) They may contact our customer support via the phone number provided in this policy.
(iv) Alternatively, they may fill out the Sample Withdrawal Form (Annex-1) and send it via email, postal mail, or phone.

Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned within 10 (ten) days.
The product, along with its invoice, box, packaging, standard accessories, and any gifted items must be returned complete and undamaged in a single parcel.
If the product has been used appropriately according to its specifications and user manual, the consumer is not liable for any changes or deterioration. However, any misuse may void the right of withdrawal.

Returns using our contracted courier are free of charge.
Refunds, including any applicable delivery costs, will be issued within 14 (fourteen) days to the original payment method.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the bank.

If the withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the campaign limit (e.g., free shipping threshold), the previously waived delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

Withdrawal Notification

Consumers may notify the Seller of their intention to withdraw from the contract using one of the following methods:

  • If the consumer is a registered member of the Website, they may access the “My Orders” section, select the product they wish to return along with the reason for the return under the “Easy Return” tab, and thereby submit their withdrawal notification to the Seller.
  • If the consumer is not a registered member, they may click the “Order Tracking” button located at the top right of the Website’s homepage. On the page that opens, the consumer should enter the email address used during the order and the order number they wish to cancel, then click “Submit.” After being redirected to the return page, they should select the product and the reason for return under the “Easy Return” section to notify the Seller of the withdrawal.
  • The consumer may also complete the sample withdrawal form provided in Annex-1 and send it via email to contact@store-tr.flyingtiger.com.tr or by post to the following address: Cumhuriyet Mahallesi Yeni Yol 1 Sk. Now Bomonti Apt. No: 2/12 Şişli/Istanbul.


Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

In accordance with the applicable legislation, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

  • Contracts regarding goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in the financial markets and which are beyond the Seller’s control (e.g., jewelry, gold, and silver items);
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are prepared in line with the buyer’s requests or clearly customized for personal needs, that are not suitable for return by their nature, or that may quickly perish or expire;
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return in terms of health or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., cosmetic or personal care products);
  • Contracts for goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;
  • Contracts for books, audio or video recordings, software, or computer consumables provided in a tangible medium, if the consumer has unsealed the protective packaging;
  • Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers or magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement;
  • Contracts for services such as accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, catering, and leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or within a specified period;
  • Contracts for services related to betting or lotteries;
  • Contracts where service provision begins, with the consumer's prior express consent, before the expiration of the withdrawal period;
  • Contracts for digital content that is delivered instantly or intangible goods that are immediately supplied to the consumer via electronic means (such as coupons);
  • Contracts that fall outside the scope of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, such as those concerning the regular delivery of food, beverages, or other daily consumption items to the buyer's residence, and services provided in sectors such as travel, accommodation, restaurant, or entertainment.

Additionally:

  • If the right of withdrawal is exercised for all or part of the products in the order and, as a result, the total amount falls below the minimum threshold for the Seller’s free shipping campaign, the amount of the shipping fee that was initially waived under the campaign will be deducted from the refund amount. If the consumer has paid a delivery fee, the entire fee will be refunded.
  • Any products received as a gift together with the purchased item must also be returned completely and undamaged in a single parcel.
  • The consumer is not responsible for any changes or deterioration that occur as a result of proper use of the product in line with its intended purpose, technical specifications, and instructions for use during the withdrawal period. However, if the product is used in a way that is inconsistent with these instructions before the date of withdrawal, causing damage or alteration, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal.
